All available objects in the drawing, such as foundations, ceilings, walls, doors, windows, roofs, timber structures etc. are noted by the quantity computation facility, formatted and output in suitable lists.
Room descriptions
With room descriptions, room-defined values can be obtained directly from the database. Therefore, not only can the height of a room be seen, but also room areas, window areas, materials used etc. are directly assigned to the rooms concerned. Thanks to associative capability, room descriptions are updated automatically where geometric changes take place.
Lists
Lists are based on country-specific requirements and serve as a basis for the bid to tender, as supplements to construction inputs or as an important information source for building contractors. In this way, lists are available according to DIN 277, living space 2.BV. Area verification is provided in addition to lists for windows, doors, walls, ceilings, floor coverings, timber, room sheets, cleaning- and fittings lists, etc.
EliteCAD AR automatically numbers each construction part, thereby creating a simple means of reference to the lists.
Room book
