All objects in the model, such as foundations, ceilings, walls, doors, windows, roofs, timber structures etc. are noted by the quantity computation facility, formatted and output in suitable reports.
Room descriptions
Room-defined values are obtained directly from the database. Detailed information is made automatically available including height locations, volumes, surface areas, window areas, materials used etc. Thanks to EliteCAD’s associative capability, room descriptions and information is automatically updated where geometric changes take place.
Reports
Reports are based on country-specific requirements and serve as a basis for bid tender documents, supplements to construction drawings and an important information source for building contractors.
Area verification is provided in addition to lists for windows, doors, walls, ceilings, floor coverings, timber, room sheets, cleaning and fittings lists, etc. which enhances the costing process. EliteCAD AR automatically numbers each construction part, thereby creating a simple reference to the lists.
Room book
EliteCAD AR is a true BIM (Building Information Model) application and its database-supported room book provides an optimum overview of construction information and enables links to other databases. |
