Quantity Survey
EliteCAD ARS has a professional quantity survey mechanism, which covers all surfaces, volumes, places, building components and self-defined parts in a relational database. Lists are issued from this database, which on one hand include the cost estimates, and on the other also serve as the global building overview and can include specific values for the tender. The data can be exported and further processed with interfaces such as ODBC or Excel to be used in other databases.The large number of predefined lists makes it easy for you to use the data for the tender, the cost overview or for the ordering of specific parts. Lists include a number code, which is also found in the plans. Thus the values of the lists can quickly be found in the plans. The database is based on a detailed space plan catalogue, which allows dimensions to be edited directly in the database and to be specifically optimized.
