EliteCAD ARS is a CAD system, which is based on a 3D model. The model corresponds to all the plans, including floor plans, elevations and sections. This enables definitions and changes to be made in any desired view, for example the floor plan or perspective view. The presentation of these plans is implemented according to the display depth control, which varies according to the standards required in a specific country. Switzerland implements the standard SIA400, Germany the DIN 1356, and Austria the Ö-Norm etc. You can have any number of plans and modes of representation all relating to the model. These corresponding Plans and views remain associative with the model allowing them to be automatically updated with each change and modification made. An excellent render engine is incorporated into EliteCAD ARS, which can create a photorealistic display of your projects with the click of a button. Ray-tracing technology renders the textures of perspective representations, facades and interiors to a high standard. The precise light distribution is calculated using the radiosity function, which simulates realistic lighting conditions. Any changes and modifications made within the model will result in all the corresponding plans and depictions being automatically updated.
