| In so far as the Internet provides the opportunity for inputting personal or commercial data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses), then the user discloses this data on an expressly voluntary basis. Utilisation and payment of all services offered - in so far as is technically possible and reasonable - is also permitted without indicating such data, or indicating anonymous data or a pseudonym. No third-party utilisation is permitted of contact data within the framework of the imprint or comparable data, such as postal addresses, telephone- or fax numbers and e-mail addresses for forwarding information that has not been expressly requested. Legal proceedings against parties sending so-called spam mails who infringe this prohibition are expressly reserved. |
