Our clients are met with an ever increasing economic demand, which is why their requests and suggestions, market trends, efficiencies and new technological possibilities will be combined in an intelligent approach and implemented in our software technology. To make this happen, technologies need to be researched and developed. Our aim is to maintain a provision of leading technology.We have been developing BIM (building information model) technology and our customers have been implementing it a long before this technology was openly advertised. Recent development of the IAI allows this technology to be supported through the IFC interface, and thus enables work with 3D-Models that have been produced in various other programs. Our research is not only undertaken alone; we also collaborate closely with the Fraunhofer Institute, the IAI, Microsoft and other technology companies.
